Union complies with applicable personal information protection regulations under relevant laws, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and related personal information guidelines.

If a Korean police station requests communication data, we may provide personal information to the police station.

We do not outsource personal information to external parties without the user's consent.
6. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Registered member information is retained for 3 years after account withdrawal and then destroyed. During this period, the personal information is separated and stored and managed separately.
- However, posts and comments are retained until the service is closed.
- To prevent abusive users from re-registering, hashed values of certain personal information may be permanently stored using a one-way encryption method to restrict registration. In this case, the original personal information itself is not stored.
7. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
• Destruction procedure: Registered member information is retained for 3 years after account withdrawal and then destroyed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any purpose.
• Destruction method: Records are deleted using technical methods that prevent restoration.
8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time through "My Information" < "Edit Member Information", and may request access to their personal information.
Users may request suspension of personal information processing at any time. However, we may refuse such requests where there are special provisions under applicable laws.
Users may withdraw consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time through options such as "Account Withdrawal".
For children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to view, modify, delete, suspend processing of, and withdraw consent for the collection and use of the child's personal information.
Users and legal representatives may exercise these rights directly through pages such as "Member Information", or by submitting a request through "Inquiry" or email.
9. Cookies and App Advertising Identifier Controls

Member ID passwords are encrypted and stored and managed so that only the user knows the password. Personal information can be viewed and changed only by the user who knows the password.

We make reasonable efforts to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking, computer viruses, or similar threats.
11. Log Analysis
The Company may use external services for log analysis. In such cases, log analysis is performed in a form that does not individually identify specific persons.
