Union complies with applicable personal information protection regulations under relevant laws, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and related personal information guidelines.

We collect personal information to provide smooth service use and communicate with users.

• Google Advertising ID, Device ID, and device information such as model name, OS version, and unique identifier: Used to improve advertising efficiency.

4. Sharing and Providing Personal Information
Except where the user has given consent, or where disclosure is required by law or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes, we do not use or disclose users' personal information beyond the scope of this Privacy Policy. If a Korean police station requests communication data, we may provide personal information to the police station.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
We do not outsource personal information to external parties without the user's consent.
6. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Registered member information is retained for 3 years after account withdrawal and then destroyed. During this period, the personal information is separated and stored and managed separately.
- However, posts and comments are retained until the service is closed.
- To prevent abusive users from re-registering, hashed values of certain personal information may be permanently stored using a one-way encryption method to restrict registration. In this case, the original personal information itself is not stored.
7. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
• Destruction procedure: Registered member information is retained for 3 years after account withdrawal and then destroyed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any purpose.
• Destruction method: Records are deleted using technical methods that prevent restoration.
8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time through "My Information" < "Edit Member Information", and may request access to their personal information.
Users may request suspension of personal information processing at any time. However, we may refuse such requests where there are special provisions under applicable laws.
Users may withdraw consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time through options such as "Account Withdrawal".
For children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to view, modify, delete, suspend processing of, and withdraw consent for the collection and use of the child's personal information.
Users and legal representatives may exercise these rights directly through pages such as "Member Information", or by submitting a request through "Inquiry" or email.
9. Cookies and App Advertising Identifier Controls
• Cookies: Cookies are information files sent by the server operating the website to the user's browser, and may be stored on the user's computer hard drive.
• Purpose of using cookies: Cookies are used to identify user IDs for website login and to provide optimized information through site settings.

Member ID passwords are encrypted and stored and managed so that only the user knows the password. Personal information can be viewed and changed only by the user who knows the password.
• Measures against hacking and similar threats
We make reasonable efforts to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking, computer viruses, or similar threats.
11. Log Analysis
The Company may use external services for log analysis. In such cases, log analysis is performed in a form that does not individually identify specific persons.

13. Use of YouTube API Services
The "YouTube Assistant" feature of this service uses YouTube API Services. This feature works only when a user authorizes the connection of their YouTube channel with their Google account. Users who do not authorize it can still use the rest of the service.
• Information accessed and stored
- Channel identification information (channel ID, channel name)
- A refresh token used to renew access — stored in encrypted form.
- The title, description, captions, and thumbnail of the videos the user selects.
- Access tokens are not stored.
• Purpose of use
This information is used solely to apply the multilingual captions, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails created in this service to the user's own YouTube channel. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or profiling, and it is never sold or provided to third parties.
• Retention and deletion
When a user disconnects the channel or deletes their account, the stored token and channel information are deleted immediately.
In addition to our normal deletion procedure, users can revoke this service's access to their data at the Google security settings page.

14. Notice of Changes
If this Privacy Policy is added to, deleted from, or modified due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before the effective date.
